  • This will be a 1099 contractor position with 10-15 hours of work a week to start. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience.

    • Conduct regular house and property walkthroughs following a checklist; identify anything needing attention or follow-up

    • Help move projects and operational tasks through to completion

    • Occasionally meet contractors or service providers on-site, understand the general scope of work, point them to the right location, and secure the home afterward

    • Maintain and stock household inventories, including pantry, groceries, & supplies

    • Run errands and assist with general household logistics as needed

    • Use communication and project management apps to track tasks and updates

    • Warm, professional, hospitality-oriented demeanor

    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

    • Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through

    • Basic familiarity with household mechanical systems (or willingness to learn)

    • Comfortable working in private homes and with high-net-worth clientele

    • Comfortable using technology and mobile apps

    • Hospitality, property management, operations, or related experience preferred

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
