This will be a 1099 contractor position with 10-15 hours of work a week to start. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience.

Conduct regular house and property walkthroughs following a checklist; identify anything needing attention or follow-up
Help move projects and operational tasks through to completion
Occasionally meet contractors or service providers on-site, understand the general scope of work, point them to the right location, and secure the home afterward
Maintain and stock household inventories, including pantry, groceries, & supplies
Run errands and assist with general household logistics as needed
Use communication and project management apps to track tasks and updates

Warm, professional, hospitality-oriented demeanor
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through
Basic familiarity with household mechanical systems (or willingness to learn)
Comfortable working in private homes and with high-net-worth clientele
Comfortable using technology and mobile apps
Hospitality, property management, operations, or related experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
