ARNOLD RUFINO
Arnold has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has worked at some of the finest dining establishments in the country, including 10 years at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, as well as The Inn at Pound Ridge by Jean-Georges, Per Se, db Bistro Moderne, Bar Boulud, and more. He has managed multiple large-scale homes and estates in the Hudson Valley, New York City and the Hamptons. He values precision, discretion and professionalism.
ANNA SKARSTAD
Anna is a graphic designer, project manager, and therapist-in-training. She is a partner at Blackletter, a design studio specializing in utilizing design thinking to solve problems and create impactful visuals. She has years of experience managing projects for individuals and organizations, including Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture and Blue Hill at Stone Barns. Anna and Arnold live in Cold Spring with their son, Miles.
